THE FLAGSTAFF LODGE POLICY

We will do everything possible to make your stay, not only relaxing and enjoyable but our standards for a sanitary and clean environment are of the utmost of importance. We are Serv-Safe qualified and will follow the recommendations and guidelines to insure that best quality for our guests. Please take a few minutes to review these policies, and feel free to contact us if you should have any questions or concerns.

We will continue to remain vigilant in keeping a sanitary and safe environment, and we ask that is you have been exposed to COVID-19 recently or have symptoms of COVID-19, such as cough, fever or shortness of breath, please help us keep everyone safe by rescheduling your stay.

BOOKING POLICIES

Room rates are based on double occupancy per night. In the event of an additional guest, a fee of $150 will be charged. The rates are not including state and local taxes – A 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax as well as a Tax of 3% Carbon County, PA.

The Flagstaff Lodge does not accept walk-ins guests. All bookings made 24 hours prior to check-in must be made by phone. However, we do encourage all reservations be made online.

A 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of your reservation for of two nights or more. Full payments are due in advance for one-night stays. The balance will be charged to your card on file the day of your arrival. You can pay by cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL ACCEPTED.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card regardless of how the final payment is made.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the small size, cancellations significantly affect us.

A last minute cancellation gives us little to no chance of rebooking a room. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy.

Guests are responsible for payments in full at the time of arrival.

Any cancellations made prior to 7 days of arrival will receive a full refund of their deposit, however, any cancellations made less than 7 days will NOT receive a monetary refund of their deposit but shall receive a credit valid for 90 days toward their next stay.

Any cancellation made within 24 hours of arrival will lose the entire deposit.

“No Shows”- Guests that do not show up will be responsible to pay for their entire stay. No refunds will be given.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT

Check- in is between 3PM – 7PM. Arrangements for early check-ins are discouraged since we have a small staff. And after-hours check-ins will only be considered if requested at the time of the reservation. We please ask that no calls or late arrivals after 7PM, this is for the courtesy of other house guests and our hosts.

Check-out time is promptly at 11AM and guests are asked not to linger so that our staff can prepare the room for the incoming guests.

OWNER’S RIGHTS

The Flagstaff Lodge is privately owned and operated. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for guest accidents or injury, or the loss of personal possessions of any kind.

CHILDREN

The Flagstaff lodge is regarded as a quiet getaway destination and we work hard to maintain that environment. Therefore, we ask that no children under the age of 25 permitted.

PETS

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

SMOKING

The Flagstaff Lodge is a non-smoking establishment and will not tolerate smoking or burning of any kind in any of our rooms. We also do NOT allow fireworks anywhere on the grounds due to the nature of our surroundings. Any guest smoking in their room will be charged a minimum of $200 fee to return the room to a non-smoking status.
